I am Partha, an MBA student at Masters' Union with a background in design from NMIMS. My training taught me to study how people actually behave. My work taught me to turn that into decisions a business can act on.

I am looking for roles where I sit close to the decision makers and own problems end to end.

How I work

  1. Finding the real problem.

    I go to where the work happens, watch, and check what I see against data. At one client, this showed that the customers driving most of the revenue were not the ones the founders were targeting.

  2. Redesigning how things run.

    I build the process, the roles, the SOPs and the training, not just the recommendation. I led the operations design for a new outlet that scaled capacity 2.5x.

  3. Getting results people can measure.

    34% higher average order value. 43% higher exam qualification rate. ₹2.17 Lakhs revenue from a business I started and ran myself.

  4. Working across people.

    Founders, kitchen staff, students, sales leadership. I have had to convince all of them, sometimes against what they first believed.
